On Saturday, 10 June, TFA 2023 took place in Mönchengladbach at the Elisabeth Hospital. 

Once again, it was necessary to prove oneself at 4 stations and push one's physical limits. 

As in the previous year, our competitor Alexander Junge once again had a great race against very strong competition.

Overall, he was able to improve by 1:10 minutes compared to the previous year, despite a warm 30°C in the shade, and secured me 5th place in the M35 age group and 18th place overall at the German Championship with a total time of 9:17 minutes.

For the European Championships, this result meant 7th place in the M35 age group and 23rd place overall. Congratulations!

So, an absolutely successful weekend for the TESIMAX athlete at a very professional event. Thanks at this point to the organisation @toughestfirefighteralive and the great athletes who all pushed themselves to their performance limits. It is definitely worthwhile for young and old alike.
