The seminar offers a unique framework and training content, enabling you to make the right choice for your future protective clothing, based on technical knowledge, fire brigade protective clothing standards, sustainability, and recycling (according to DGUV 205-014).

The seminar includes the following training content:

• Fibre types and fibre technology
• POLYAMIDE-IMIDE TECHNOLOGY – Meta-aramid fibre with high potential
• Overview of standards in the fire service for firefighting protective clothing (interior attack) according to DIN EN 469 and THL protective clothing according to DIN EN 11612, DIN EN 16689, wildland-urban interface firefighting DIN EN 15384 and expanded: visibility and recognisability according to DGIV 205-020
• Demonstration of appropriate operational clothing
• PFAS: per- and polyfluorinated chemicals and per- and polyfluorinated alkyl compounds
• Recycling of used operational clothing

The specialist seminar is divided into 2 days:

Day 1: Arrival
– Joint dinner

Day 2: Seminar day
– Shared lunch
– Production tour Kermel (ends approx. 4:00 PM)
