The so-called fabric A90/A91 combines the highest heat and strongest mechanical protection in a 3-layer construction and ensures the highest „performance“ for the heroes of volunteer fire brigades worldwide.
The next level of performance is achieved through the use of a hybrid fabric called GM10, which is one of the most effective protective layers on the market. A blend of 70% KERMEL®, 28% para-aramid and 2% antistatic fibre makes the protective clothing extremely robust.
The leap to ultimate performance is achieved through the use of CORE FX fabric.
CORE FX is a unique technology that completely encloses a para-aramid core with a KERMEL fibre. This achieves double protection within a single fibre construction. This lightweight protective clothing masters the flash-over test twice in succession, offering double protection in extreme situations.
The lightest assembly provides extra protection in an emergency when heat radiation is at its peak— through a unique, reactive air cushion function. Much like an airbag, countless 3D quadrilaterals form within the fabric in milliseconds, providing the wearer with crucial protection in active use – and only in emergencies.

The MAX TS material construction utilises the unique Twin System. During direct contact flame exposure (contact heat flash-over of approx. 850° C), air pockets form on the underside of the MAX TS face fabric within milliseconds – „similar to an airbag reaction“.
This creates an additional heat shield against conductive and radiant heat. It increases protection for the wearer in an emergency and thus.
